1Who is the data controller

The controller of your personal data is Kubki Szczęścia (Sylwia). For anything related to your personal data, write to kubkiszczescia@gmail.com.

2What data I collect

Only what you give me — through the contact form, email or social media: your name, email address and message. When fulfilling an order, also the details needed for delivery, such as your full name, address and phone number.

3Why

To reply to your message, prepare and fulfil your order, and contact you about it. The legal bases are your consent, performance of a contract and my legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(a), (b) and (f) GDPR).

4How long

For as long as needed to handle your enquiry or order, and afterwards for the period required by law (e.g. tax law) or until you withdraw your consent.

5Who I share data with

I never sell your data or share it for marketing. It may only be passed to those who help me fulfil an order or handle a message — e.g. a courier company or the email and contact-form provider.

6Your rights

You have the right to access, correct and delete your data, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object. You can withdraw consent at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland.
